Songs load very slowly

Hey,

Yesterday I was registered to Apple Music on iPhone and when i play songs, they loads very slow (download is the same) on WiFi or 3G/4G and it's the same on iTunes (Windows 7) and another iPhone.

The songs stucks and stop playing every 4 seconds. No one can listen to music like that.

Is this happening just to me or is it a global problem?
